A Case of Complete Testicular Feminization Syndrome

Abstract

|
Testicular feminization is a syndrome caused by androgen insensitivity occurring in a complete and an incomplete form. Patients of complete testicular feminization were phenotypically female, while those of incomplete testicular feminization had
variable appearance of the external genitalia depending on the degree of androgen insensitivity.
We presented a case of testicular feminization syndrome withnormal development of breast and female external genitalia, but with blindly ended vaging & inguinal masses.
